  • Getting Started

    First, decide what type of services you are in need of for your event. We can deliver the food to you and you can self serve! We offer a full service catering with everthing from rentals (if needed) and all staffing. We also offer an Event Planning Service for a set fee price! You will be working with our experienced Event Planner who has thrown celebrity attended bashes in Los Angeles, CA. She can handle everything from themes, floral arrangemens, decorations, cake service to even invitations!

    At Great Feasts we like to make sure that planning any event goes smoothly for our Clients. We want you to know and trust that we are taking care of every little detail to ensure that you are enjoying Your event just as much as Your Guests.  We will go over all the details and pick a date. With a large menu selection with no boundaries, tons of venue ideas and infinite recommendations we will ensure you an event that your guests will never forget!

  • Choosing a Venue

    Great Feasts Catering has access to hundreds of venues all over the Pacific Northwest and can work at any space that you are wishing to use for you event. Whether it's Your home, office, church, school or anywhere else, we can advise you on the best use of your space.

  • Menu Selection

    Choose from our menu selection listed on our site:

    OR have us customize a feast for all to savor! Our executive Chef, Mike Prince, can create a feast on a budget or a culinary extravaganza! We can work with themes, vegetarian, organic,vegan, dietary ristrictions... really anthing you would like!

  • Guest Count

    A guaranteed Guest count is due 5 business days prior to Your event. Additional charges may apply for increasing Guest counts after the guarantee had been provided. In our experience it is better to over compensate Guests than under..... the more, the merrier!

  • Staffing

    We will fully staff your event with our professional chefs, servers, bartenders, and event planner, if needed.The number of staff will depend on Your Guest count and service style. Service time will be billed at the regular hourly rates.

  • Pricing

    Great Feasts will work with You to discuss logistics, decor, rentals, food, and a beverage selection. Our catering quotes reflect pricing based upon Your needs and will vary based on the unique requirements of Your event.

    A delivery fee (set up and pick up) will be charged for events NOT  requiring service staff. This primarily is related to Corporate Breakfasts and Lunches. 

    Once we have gone over the details and provided You with an appropriate estimate for your event, a  50% deposit of the estimated cost will be due to secure Your date. The total event cost will be due 5 business days after your event has taken place.
